When will I receive the template files?
The template files are available to you as soon as you perform the payment. Just login into your account and click on Downloads to access the files.
Do you provide support for your templates?
Yes, we do support all our templates. You can contact us at any time if you have problems installing the template or if the template does not behave as it should.
Would you customize the template for me?
Of course. Just contact us detailing your customization needs and we will be glad to provide you with a free quotation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit Cards via Paypal whether you have a Paypal account or not.
What browsers are supported by the templates?
All major browsers are supported in their latest versions both for Windows and the Mac: Internet Explorer 7, 8, and 9, Mozilla Firefox 3.6+, Chrome 5+, and Safari 5+.
Do you provide support in languages other than English?
Yes, we do provide support to our customers both in english and in spanish.
What happens if I accidentally delete or simply lose my downloaded templates?
We keep a record of all your purchased items and allow you to download them up to 3 times. Anyway, you can always contact us if you need extra downloads.
Am I allowed to use the template in more than 1 website/domain name?
Every template you buy on our store grants you the right to use the template in 1 website/domain name at the same time only. If you want to use it in more than 1 website/domain name at the same time, you will need to buy a separate license for each website/domain name. Please do not hesitate to contact us for volume discount (a minimum purchase of 3 licenses required).
